About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Support Practitioner to join our team at Todhill Services in Stevenston. As a Bank Support Practitioner, you will have the flexibility to choose your own shifts, with a focus on evening and weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with Autism and associated complex learning disabilities in all aspects of their life, including personal care, cooking, household tasks, and attending appointments.
  • Use various communication tools to meet the individuals' needs, and provide emotional support to those who may exhibit anxious or challenging behavior.
  • Work collaboratively with a committed team to achieve outcomes for the people we support and for our staff.
Requirements
  • No care experience is necessary, but previous experience in a similar service is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Autism and learning disabilities, or experience working with individuals with complex needs, is an advantage.
  • A valid driver's license is required, although access to a car is not necessary.
