Your Role

As a Senior Insight Manager, you will be a leader within the insight team, ensuring that all company strategies are built on a deep understanding of audience behaviour and market science. You will design and commission impactful research that reaches diverse groups, from general consumers to harder-to-reach audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead on designing and commissioning impactful research projects that deliver actionable insights.
  • Guide internal teams in translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies tailored to varied audiences.
  • Oversee research and analytics projects, liaising with agencies and stakeholders to ensure optimal delivery.
Requirements
  • Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, capable of managing end-to-end research projects.
  • Able to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights tailored to varied audiences.
  • Confident in managing junior staff and working with stakeholders, you're a supportive leader and a skilled communicator.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of audience behaviour and market science, with excellent communication and leadership skills. We offer a competitive salary package, including £85,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
