Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing Cost Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Manager to join our team at AECOM. As a key member of our infrastructure consulting firm, you'll play a crucial role in delivering a better world through our unrivaled technical and digital expertise.
With a strong background in MEP Cost Management services, including Pre Contract Estimating, Contract Administration, Cost Reporting, and Final Account resolution, you'll possess the expertise to drive projects forward. Your solid core measurement skills and quantified procurement routes expertise will enable you to navigate complex challenges in residential, education, healthcare, and life science sectors.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a Degree Qualification in Quantity Surveying/Cost Management or a similar construction-related undergraduate degree. A Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are also essential, as is holding a CSCS card.
As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including a competitive salary of £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
