Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Electronics Project Leader to join our team at Langham Recruitment Limited. As a Senior Electronics Project Leader, you will be responsible for leading the development of electronic systems for space science and earth observation applications.


About the Role:
  • Lead the development of electronic systems, from design to delivery, ensuring that all projects meet the required quality standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and motivate project teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
  2. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Develop and implement effective project management methodologies, processes, and tools to drive project success.
  4. Demonstrate strong leadership skills, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronics, space science, and software development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Certifications in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, are desirable.
