Job Description: Senior RF and Electronics Manager

ZENOVO LTD is a leading company in the field of electronic engineering. We are currently seeking a Senior RF and Electronics Manager to join our team in Cambridge.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of experienced engineers and contribute to the development of innovative electronic products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the engineering department.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 8 RF & Electronic Engineers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £92,500, including a bonus of up to 10% and other benefits such as allocated Car Allowance, 25 days holiday, life assurance, hybrid working, and full-sick pay.
