The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of care professionals, overseeing the delivery of care services, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. They will also be required to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting, training, and supervising a team of care professionals
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the needs of clients
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in care management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree in Social Work, Nursing, or a related field
