Property Sales Specialist Opportunity

Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Sales Specialist to join their team in Chigwell. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing properties from sale agreed through to exchange and completion of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and advise clients on a regular basis throughout the sales process
  • Liaise with surveyors and solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction
  • Update vendors on their sale and provide expert advice to achieve the best possible outcome
  • Record and input information onto the database to maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a sales progression role
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to manage a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to think strategically
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
