The Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer / Product Support Engineer to join our client, a global leader in scientific manufacturing and distribution. As a key member of the technical services team, you will provide exceptional customer support for cutting-edge products, ensuring high standards of service.

This unique opportunity requires a strong academic and practical background in Physics and Material Sciences, with expertise in optics, fibres, and lasers. You will work closely with customers, providing guidance on product selection, troubleshooting, and technical support.

You will be part of a globally recognised organisation specialising in scientific manufacturing. With operations in 15 facilities across 10 countries, we design, manufacture, and distribute innovative products used in various applications.

Key Requirements
  • MSc or higher in Physics with a strong understanding of Material Sciences.
  • Proven lab experience in areas such as optical fibres, optics, electronics, or lasers.
  • Excellent communication skills, preferably in a customer-facing role.
