Your Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and presenting dishes that meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Supporting the Sous Chef in daily operations, including menu planning and stock management.
- Contribute to the development of new menus and dishes, using your creativity and knowledge of seasonal ingredients.
- Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, supplies, and kitchen budgets.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a similar environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities.
