About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transport Team Leader to join our team at EG Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our transportation department, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of drivers and logistics staff to ensure the smooth operation of transportation services.
  • Develop and implement effective transportation strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and analyze transportation performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Class 2 driving license.
  • Proven experience in transportation management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
