Job Description

This Junior Creative position offers an exciting opportunity to enhance your design skills while contributing to impactful, client-centric projects in pharmaceutical and medical communications.

As a member of our creative team, you will work closely with senior designers to develop visually compelling materials and campaigns that effectively communicate complex medical information.

You will apply a strong understanding of design principles to produce graphics that are clear, engaging, and visually aligned with project goals and brand standards. This may include developing event and educational materials, innovative branding, presentation layouts, digital design, and print materials such as congress stands.

We encourage collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning, and we offer opportunities to refine and expand your skills by working on ambitious projects that prioritise quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with writers, account managers, and other creatives to deliver client projects
  • Listen to the requirements of the brief and work towards solutions that meet and exceed client expectations
  • Contribute to the process of coming up with exciting creative ideas within projects
  • Adhere to client brand guidelines while finding fresh ways to apply them when appropriate
  • Create artwork using industry-standard software and techniques, primarily Adobe Creative Suite
  • Apply foundational elements of design effectively, such as typography, layout, and colour
  • Deliver accurate and timely artwork amends
  • Maintain high quality and consistency of design across all assets
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have 1-2 years of relevant experience as a graphic designer, with a strong foundation in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and experience in print and digital design.

Basic knowledge of MS suites such as PowerPoint is also essential, and additional skills such as After Effects, Premier, HTML5, Figma, or digital platforms are desirable.
