We are recruiting for Junior Creative. The role is full-time and hybrid with 3 days per week in our Thames Ditton office, Surrey.
Sciterion – Medical communications that enable positive change in clinical practice to benefit the lives of people living with health issues.

Our mission is to drive excellence in medical affairs including medical education and medical communications. We facilitate meaningful exchange between industry, healthcare professionals and patients.

Our diverse and passionate teams explore, innovate, and develop solutions together delivering credible and compelling medical content via engaging and immersive experiences. As a Junior Creative Designer focused on pharmaceutical and medical communications, you will work closely with the senior creative team to enhance your design skills while contributing to impactful, client-centric projects. With an emphasis on creativity and continuous learning, you will play a key role in supporting the design of visually compelling materials and campaigns that effectively communicate complex medical information.

You will apply a strong understanding of design principles to produce graphics that are clear, engaging, and visually aligned with project goals and brand standards. innovative branding; digital design and print materials such as congress stands.

You’ll be encouraged to refine and expand your skills by collaborating on a variety of ambitious projects that prioritise quality and client satisfaction.

Working collaboratively with writers, account managers and other creatives to deliver client projects
Contributing to the process of coming up with exciting creative ideas within projects
Adhering to client brand guidelines, but finding fresh ways to apply them, when appropriate
Creating artwork using industry-standard software and techniques, primarily Adobe Creative Suite
Maintaining high quality and consistency of design across all assets

Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

~ After Effects, Premier, HTML5, Figma, digital platforms)
