About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer to lead our client's industrial operations in South Yorkshire. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, delivering a successful exit strategy, and leading the transformation of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in turnaround, fundraising, and investor relations, with a strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including customers, funders, suppliers, and insurers.

You will work closely with the CFO to ensure that key financial indicators are measured, reported on, and understood by the team. Your ability to deliver business improvements that add to margin performance will be critical to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the business, driving growth and delivering the exit strategy
  • Collaborate with private equity investors, commercial leaders, operational and manufacturing teams, and other key stakeholders to drive value creation
  • Build relationships externally with customers, funders, suppliers, and insurers
  • Work closely with the CFO to ensure key financial indicators are measured, reported on, and understood by the team
  • Deliver business improvements that add to margin performance
What We Offer

This is an exciting opportunity to take a business through turnaround and an exit in the next 3 years, with the added financial incentives that this will bring. The salary for this role is supplemented by an Executive Package that includes 50% Bonus, Car, Health Care, Pension, Private Medical, Equity, and 33 days holiday.
