About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer to lead our client's industrial operations. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, delivering strategic initiatives, and ensuring the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead the executive team to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with commercial leaders, operational teams, and stakeholders to drive value creation
  • Build relationships with customers, funders, suppliers, and insurers
  • Work closely with the CFO to ensure financial performance and reporting
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in turnaround, fundraising, and investor relations
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to drive business improvements and add to margin performance
  • Experience working with private equity funders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
