Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will provide warm, empathetic and respectful care and support to residents across a 20-mile radius.
Your role will involve monitoring the delivery of care when on duty, contributing to person-centred care planning for each resident, and recording observations on vital signs. You will also provide support and companionship to ensure every resident enjoys meaningful one-to-one time with our carers, every shift.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need a background in care and a good understanding of elderly care. A Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care, or equivalent experience, is essential. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of the wider healthcare industry.
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals who are passionate about people and will go above and beyond to support residents' wellbeing. Flexibility is key, as you will be travelling across the area.
Requirements- Own car or access to one
- Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Good understanding of elderly care and wider healthcare industry
- Dedicated and compassionate approach
This role offers a competitive salary: £22,000 per annum. Flexible hours and days, free learning and development opportunities, bonus scheme, and mileage reimbursement are also included.
