About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team at Sphere Digital Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency in the digital industry. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement targeted customer retention campaigns based on data analysis insights
  • Calculate and analyze Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) to understand long-term profitability of identified subscriber segments
  • Work with the Subscription Team to analyze performance of A/B testing on various churn mitigation strategies to identify the most effective interventions
  • Develop and monitor key subscriber health metrics, such as engagement, satisfaction, and usage patterns across multiple web products
  • Devise and produce regular KPI Reporting and Key Metrics Monitoring
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency with Python, SQL, and cloud technologies such as Azure or GCP
  • 4-10 years of experience in the media or publisher space, with a focus on subscription, retention, or customer analytics
