KS2 Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced KS2 Lead to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing students, creating detailed lesson plans, and working closely with a teaching assistant.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong track record in similar roles, a positive attitude, and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential. They will be able to provide a calm, friendly, and safe learning environment for all pupils, including those with SEN.

The role will involve interaction with students of varying abilities, including those with special educational needs. While SEN experience is not a requirement, the ideal candidate must be able to adapt to the needs of each student.
