Security Staff Recruitment in Scotland

Security Scotland Ltd is currently recruiting SIA licensed door supervisors to join our team. As a door supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the safety and security of our patrons and staff. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop your skills in security management.
Job Overview:
* Responsible for conducting entry screenings and searches of patrons
* Manage incidents and carry out ejections as necessary
* Provide directional information and public information to patrons
* Conduct regular safety patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment
Requirements:
* Must hold a valid SIA license in door supervision
* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
