Job Description:
As a Workplace Support Specialist at Enable Scotland, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with barriers to work achieve sustainable employment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality support to these individuals, helping them progress towards and secure well-paid jobs within communities across Angus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored support to individuals with barriers to work, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their employment goals.

Requirements:
• Strong understanding of the local community and its needs.
• A full driving license and access to your own vehicle (essential).

Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within our organization.
