About the Role:

As an Asbestos Site Analyst at Tersus Consultancy, you will play a vital role in ensuring safety and compliance across various sites. Your responsibilities will include conducting 4-stage clearances, test reporting, and submitting comprehensive reports for various tests including background, leak, reassurance, clearance, personal, and smoke testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting site walkthroughs and survey plans to ensure meticulous attention to detail
  • Creating detailed reports that adhere to industry standards and regulations
  • Ensuring all equipment is correctly calibrated and tools are correctly maintained to specified level in HSG 264
  • Recording data accurately
  • Checking all locations are photographed and photographs are stored


What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with P403 and P404 qualifications. Full UK driving licence is also essential. IOSH Working Safely Qualification and risk assessment training are desirable. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience and location, with a 40-hour workweek and overtime opportunities.
