Job Title: Warehouse & Distribution Technical Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse & Distribution Technical Manager to join our team at Holland & Barrett. As a key member of our Product Integrity function, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of our warehouse operations, ensuring we have the systems and processes in place to maintain product integrity and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a small team responsible for monitoring the quality and integrity of our products.
  • Manage and maintain the HACCP, QMS, Internal Audit, and Technical training systems in the Burton-Upon-Trent Distribution Centre, ensuring they are industry leading and align to the Holland & Barrett Global Standard for Warehouse & Distribution.
  • Support our warehouse and distribution locations, both owned and contracted, across the globe to achieve our Global Standard and industry leading position.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing chilled and ambient warehouse operations.
  • Build strong relationships with primary and local authorities and accreditation bodies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience within the Technical and/or warehouse and distribution operations.
  • Experience and knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements related to chilled and ambient products and warehouse operations.
  • Demonstrable leadership and team management skills.
  • Interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
