Maintenance Engineer

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Stirling Warrington. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing plant by performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing preventative maintenance programs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Perform routine maintenance tasks on packaging machines and other equipment
* Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement repairs
* Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime
* Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless operation of the plant
* Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance staff

**Requirements:**

* At least 3 years of experience working as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer (mechanical bias)
* Experience within a fast-paced FMCG environment
* Experience in welding - ideally TIG, but would consider other welding experience
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment as a maintenance engineer
