Freight Logistics Coordinator

Black Fox Solutions is seeking a skilled Freight Forwarder (Exports) to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Freight Forwarder (Exports) to plan, coordinate, and oversee the day-to-day operations of sea freight transport. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating deliveries, monitoring the status of freight to ensure on-time delivery, and resolving any issues that arise during transit.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the day-to-day operations of sea freight transport.
- Coordinate deliveries and monitor the status of freight to ensure on-time delivery.
- Resolve any issues that arise during transit and serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding shipment status, concerns, and inquiries.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for freight shipments and customs paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records of freight activities, costs, and performance metrics.
- Experience of working within sea freight.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
