Job Title: Freight Logistics Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Freight Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, managing custom clearance and final delivery for customers, and communicating with agents across Europe to arrange inbound and outbound sea freight services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with a number of suppliers to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Manage custom clearance and final delivery for customers, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Communicate with agents across Europe to arrange inbound and outbound sea freight services, ensuring that all shipments are delivered on time and in good condition.
- Arrange deliveries and collections throughout Ireland, using your knowledge of the country's logistics network to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required, supporting the logistics team to achieve our business objectives.
