About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Solution Analyst to join our dynamic technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting essential third-party applications, including IFS Field Service, Sage X3 ERP, and associated solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic technology solutions to meet evolving business demands, working closely with Technology Project Managers, Business Stakeholders, and our Technology Engineering & Support teams.
  • Configure and customize IFS Field Service, Sage X3 ERP, and associated platforms, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of these technologies.
  • Implement and manage integrations with CRM, eCommerce, HRIS, and Supply Chain Management systems, ensuring data integrity and system stability.
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting system issues, and delivering user training sessions, as well as developing comprehensive user documentation to enhance system utilization and adoption.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in technology development/engineering roles, with a strong understanding of software development principles and database management.
  • Proficiency in SQL/T-SQL, XML, JSON, and scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python).
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
