Job Title: IT Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced IT Solution Architect to join our team at LSA Recruit. As an IT Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing tailored solutions that leverage best practices to architect and optimize IT landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integration guardrails - eg use of API monitoring / EMP
  • Design decisions on instance structure / strategy - e.g one instance per area or one for Sky
  • Production of HLD - High Level Design
  • Architect and implement solutions for Jira Service Management (JSM) based on ITIL and ITSM best practices
Qualifications:
  • Experience configuring and integrating ITSM solutions (Jira Service Management, Confluence)
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Self-driven, eager to learn, and passionate about exploring new technologies
