About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Home Made. As a key member of our sales process, you will be the first point of contact with our potential renters, qualifying warm leads through inbound and outbound calls to understand their needs and match them to their ideal new home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Speaking to prospective renters over the phone to help them find their new home
  • Working through inbound and outbound call lists to identify potential customers
  • Cross-selling properties that fit their needs better but may be in a slightly different location
  • Confidently discussing promotions with customers and how they can benefit them
  • Being an expert in each development, able to talk through key components of properties and the local area
  • Working as part of a team to ensure targets are met
  • Ensuring each prospective renter gets booked in for a viewing at a time that suits them and feels excited about their property search

About You:

We are looking for someone who enjoys the world of sales, is an excellent communicator, and is results-driven. You should be able to build rapport with a range of customers, love to learn, and be keen to expand within the role. Exceptional written and spoken verbal communication skills are essential.
