Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and solutions using Microsoft technologies and frameworks. Your primary focus will be on creating efficient and robust solutions that align with the organization's objectives and practices in software development.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new features from requirements, as well as support time-sensitive production activities.
  • Debug existing code and troubleshoot any issue with minimal response time.
  • Proven experience in software development using Microsoft technologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and familiarity with.NET framework.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships both with IT teams and business customers.
  • Extensive experience in programming and/or systems analysis experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Microsoft technical certification in the product being supported (preferred).
  • Certification in at least one formal development methodology.
  • Techno-functional knowledge and experience in MS.NET,.NET Core, C#, SQL Server.
  • Minimum six years of experience in Information Technology, including at least five years in a developer role.
  • Knowledge of change and release management processes.
  • Ability to estimate reliably the time, effort, dependencies, and resources required to complete a development task.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in client-focused service delivery environments.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts, terms, and language to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent trouble-shooting experience.
  • Familiarity with version control systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
