Autism Support Staff

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as Autism Support Staff at Sapphire House in Maidstone, Kent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and care to our service users with autism and learning disabilities, promoting independence and empowering them to make informed decisions about their lives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing person-centred support and care
  • Supporting service users in developing independent skills and confidence
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support

We offer a competitive salary of £12.30 per hour, enhanced disclosure cost coverage, comprehensive induction and ongoing training, and online benefits and cashback rewards.
