Warehouse Operative Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team at Challenge TRG. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for picking and manually handling stock, using a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) correctly, and working towards KPI Targets around performance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and manually handling stock with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Operating a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) safely and effectively, following all provided training and guidelines.
  • Meeting and exceeding KPI Targets for performance and accuracy, contributing to the overall success of the warehouse team.
