Challenge TRG is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for picking and manually handling stock, using a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) correctly, and working towards KPI Targets around performance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and manually handling stock in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Operating a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) safely and efficiently, following proper training and procedures.
  • Meeting or exceeding KPI Targets for performance and accuracy, ensuring high-quality work and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
  • No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
