About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Scheduler Specialist to join our team in Croydon. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the delivery of services across various locations.

  • Coordinate and schedule work orders to optimize resource allocation
  • Develop and implement efficient workflow processes to meet performance targets
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and service users

Role Requirements:

  • Previous experience in workforce scheduling and coordination
  • Extensive knowledge of IT systems and software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
