Role Description

We are seeking an Organisational Development Coordinator to join our team at Hays Human Resources.

This role involves providing professional HR services across the organisation, including employee relations and performance management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing employee relations, including absence, disciplinaries, capability and conduct management processes and grievances.
  • Supporting performance management processes, advising departmental Managers on any issues or processes.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR Information systems, preparing periodic and ad hoc reports for management.
  • Reviewing HR Processes, making recommendations for improvement based on best practice.
  • Performance management, problem-solving, ensuring consistency and fairness.
  • The best deployment of current people assets according to skills, behaviours and potential, participating in the evaluation of employee performance.

A salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum is available for this role.
