We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Parts Administrator to join our dynamic team at Stacatruc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our Parts Department, ensuring seamless communication with customers and suppliers, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure efficient communication and delivery of parts and customer orders.
  • Work closely with the Parts Manager and Parts Supervisor to help the busy team achieve its goals.
  • Deal with incoming deliveries, send out parts and customer orders, and track and trace orders from various suppliers.
  • Plan and organise work to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Provide administrative support to the Parts Department, including data input, contact, and liaison with customers and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competency with use of Microsoft and data systems.
  • Good time management and ability to work unsupervised as required.
  • Ability to take initiative and care.
  • Relevant administrator experience from any background.
