Part Time Activities Administrator

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Activities Administrator to join our team at Hartford Care Ltd. This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a range of activities designed to meet the diverse needs of our residents. This may include leading chair exercise classes, accompanying residents on outings, engaging in arts and crafts, or other creative pursuits.
You will work closely with colleagues to create a positive atmosphere, promoting physical, social, emotional, and psychological well-being. We are looking for someone who is passionate about leading activities and working with others, with excellent organizational skills and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a range of activities tailored to individual needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive atmosphere
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents and their families
- Contribute to the overall success of the team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
