Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Collaboration Manager to join our team at Marvel FMCG - Certified B Corporation®. As a key member of our supply chain function, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to deliver best-in-class supply performance to our key customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Head of Customer Collaboration to develop tools and processes to drive supply chain excellence
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts to ensure seamless supply chain operations
- Monitor and analyze supply chain data to inform business decisions and drive growth
