Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Team Supervisor to join our team at Company Shop Group's Southampton Superstore.

About the Role:

  • Primary Responsibilities
  • Support the section leader in delivering the day-to-day operation of the department, through routine processes and practices.

  • Assist the section leader in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, optimize store layouts, and improve operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and foster a culture of teamwork and communication.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience in managing high-performing teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.

  • A keen eye for detail, with a focus on maintaining high store standards and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

  • A commitment to ongoing learning and development, with a desire to grow and progress within the company.
