About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional who can take on a pivotal role in supporting our CEO and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. The successful candidate will oversee regulatory compliance, foster a positive workplace culture, and provide administrative support to the CEO and Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's diary with precision and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Provide thorough note-taking support and maintain an efficient electronic filing system.
  • Regularly update key files and documents, and provide ad hoc support to the Operations Director as required.
  • Actively contribute to the development and communication of our company culture, fostering a positive, productive, and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
  • High attention to detail and ability to review work against a variety of sources.
  • Ability to bring personal encouragement and laughter to the CEO and the practice.
