Branch Manager Opportunity at Nurseplus UK Ltd

Nurseplus UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Gloucester. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing relationships with clients, and leading a team of recruitment consultants.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize branch revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including healthcare providers and facilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of recruitment consultants to achieve their sales targets
  • Optimize the running of the office, ensuring efficient operations and high levels of customer service

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of business development and sales success in the healthcare industry
  • Experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Manager
  • Full understanding of the recruitment and sales process
  • Strong numerical skills and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
