About the Role

As a Rights Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Foreign Rights Team Asia. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling all post-sale queries in the following territories: Mainland China, HK, Macau, Taiwan, Southeast Asia
  • Chasing contracts, chasing payments, and shipping electronic and physical documents as required
  • Managing all matters related to printing files and printers
  • Collecting stock checks and printer reports
  • Liaising with Sales Reps & Accounts to ensure that all royalties are collected
  • Following up on the progress of publication of our foreign editions
  • Maintaining the customer database
  • Assisting with book fair preparation as required


About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with:

  • Fluency in English is a must. Additional languages, ideally Mandarin, are highly desirable
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role or an administrative role are desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management skills, multitasking capabilities, and Microsoft
  • Capacity to maintain customer relationships
  • Ability to collaborate efficiently with internal/external colleagues in a busy and fast-paced environment
