- Marketing & Event Support: Assist with marketing efforts, support in the planning and execution of events, and manage social media presence to promote our services and engage with our audience.
- Collaboration: Work with the North East Office admin team to provide cohesive support and ensure that all teams are working together effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Support the team with adherence to quality procedures, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Meeting Support: Provide administrative support to clusters, ensuring that all meetings are well-organized and productive.
- Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- SharePoint Management: Site maintenance and updates, document library management
- Basic IT Troubleshooting: Ability to resolve minor IT issues and familiarity with IT support processes
- Education: BTEC in Business Administration is preferred but not essential
