Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Medik8. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining a robust supply chain and driving effective inventory management to support our rapid growth and meet Supply Chain objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure optimal raw material/component inventory levels through effective intake management to maximize product availability and prevent out-of-stocks or overstock situations.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Planning, Warehouse, and Quality teams to align supply plans with business needs.
  • Monitor and drive reduction in aged and obsolete lines to support inventory targets and minimize stock write-off risk.
  • Prepare and present reporting on inventory KPIs, including risk and opportunity insights and action planning.
  • Support the Supply Chain Manager in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the Supply Chain Administrator in resolving high-risk supply chain issues with external suppliers when required.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a supply planning role (or similar), ideally in businesses with multiple SKU portfolios.
  • Experience working with ERP software.
  • Advanced IT skills: Google Suite or Microsoft Systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative.
  • Desire to learn and continuously develop.
