Senior Construction Project Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our Construction business, covering the Eastern Counties.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the activities of all site personnel, ensuring adherence to all policies, procedures, and standards using specified drawings and instructions, within budget and on programme in support of our Perfect Delivery philosophy.
You will lead and motivate a team, supervising all direct labour as necessary, coordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure operations are performed efficiently and in accordance with the construction programme. We are happy to talk flexible and agile working.
About YouWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong leadership background, who is educated to HNC/HND in Construction or equivalent, with sound knowledge of health and safety legislation and a CITB 5 days SMSTS qualification, First Aid at work, or a relevant CSCS Card.
A strong leader with the ability to identify and notify development areas across the team, you will motivate staff and colleagues to perform, ensuring standards and specifications are met. Experience of working on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £5 and £20 million would be advantageous, along with a Construction Industry Training Board. You will also ideally have refurbishment experience.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
