Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at Hawk 3 Talent Solutions. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Develop and implement content marketing strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Social Media Management: Engage with customers and potential customers on social media, responding to messages and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Website Management: Manage and update the company website, ensuring it is easy to navigate and accessible to customers.
  • SEO Analysis: Analyze SEO performance and make recommendations for improvements to increase online visibility.
  • Blogging: Write and publish regular blog posts and news articles on the company website.
  • Press Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with the press, creating content for press releases and other media outreach efforts.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with large organizations, developing new business opportunities and offering company services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to stay informed about company, client, and project developments.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to retain current customers and attract new ones.
  • Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Advertising Management: Manage the advertising budget, making key decisions about advertising campaigns and their effectiveness.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Analyze and present reports and analytics to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience as a Marketing Executive.
  • Skills: Photoshop skills desirable, but not essential. Videography and film-making skills also desirable.
  • Creative Flair: A creative and innovative approach to marketing, with a flair for developing new ideas and strategies.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
