NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for a new EIB project: "JASPERS on-site consultancy for institutional strengthening in Ukraine". We are seeking an individual expert to contribute to the deployment of EIB/JASPERS mandate in Ukraine.
Main Objective: Provide on-site consultancy to support the relevant counterparts in Ukraine, enabling investments for the recovery and reconstruction of the country in line with the Bank's broader EU4U Initiative.
Location: Ukraine and home-based, with regular travels to Luxembourg expected.
Duration: The contract will be implemented for 36 months from the start date.
Qualification and Skills:
- Academic background in Health, preferably at the master's level or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Ukrainian is advantageous.
General Professional Experience:
- Ideal candidate has at least 15 years of general working experience.
- Ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience in the Health sector.
Specific Professional Experience:
- Proven experience working with public administrations and/or national organizations in the EU, and EU pre-accession countries.
- Preferably, at least 5 years of international experience in advisory.
- Familiarity with EU/IFI procedures related to environmental and social impact assessments, economic appraisal of projects (CBA), and international procurement standards.
