Clinical Research Nurse/AHP Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Research Nurse/AHP to join our team at the Isle of Wight NHS Trust. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for identifying clinical trials appropriate for our services, facilitating these trials, and ensuring the ongoing management and care of patients and participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and facilitate clinical trials suitable for our services
  • Manage and coordinate participant care, treatment, assessment, follow-up, and data collection according to research protocols
  • Work collaboratively with research teams, clinical departments, and other stakeholders to ensure successful trial execution
Requirements:
  • Registered General Nurse with valid NMC registration or Allied Health Professional with HCPC Registration
  • Post-registration education and training in healthcare research and/or leadership and management
  • Experience in project management within a healthcare setting or equivalent
