Mental Health Support Worker Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team as a Mental Health Support Worker at Manor House Care Home. As part of our specialist division, you will be working closely with residents who require tailored care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality mental health support to residents
  • Collaborating with the care team to deliver comprehensive care plans
  • Engaging with residents through various activities and therapies

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • At least 6 months of experience working in mental health care
  • The ability to work closely with male patients
