Main Duties of the Job

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our CAMHS Crisis and Home Treatment Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing clinical risk, acting as a key worker for individual caseloads, and promoting knowledge of mental health and prevention of mental health illness.
