About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Youth Care Professional in a Specialist Facility for children with complex SEMH.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe, supportive, and structured environment for young residents, promoting positive interactions and managing challenging behaviors.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to help children thrive, working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Foster trust and build relationships with young people, empowering them to reach their full potential.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
