Exciting Opportunity for Ex-Forces, Youth Justice or Prison Service staff
Are you an ex-forces member or former prison staff looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable young people? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dedicated team in a Specialist Facility for children with very complex SEMH
- Provide a safe, supportive, and structured environment for young residents.
- Utilize your experience to manage challenging behaviors and promote positive interactions.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans to help children thrive.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
- Foster trust and build relationships with young people to support their development.

Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Background in the military or prison service is highly valued.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
