• Provide a safe, supportive, and structured environment for young residents.
• Utilize your experience to manage challenging behaviors and promote positive interactions.
• Develop and implement individualized support plans to help children thrive.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
• Foster trust and build relationships with young people to support their development.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
